Meet Our 1970 GMC – The Old Truck with a New Job!

If you found us because you spotted our old GMC cruising around town, welcome! And if you just happened to stumble across this page, we're glad you're here too!

We've always had our trusty delivery van, but we thought it would be fun to add something with a little more character to the Philmore family.

So, meet our 1970 GMC 1500 Custom!

It's got a 350 engine, a TH350 transmission, plenty of old-school charm, and a whole lot of personality. Nothing fancy, just a cool old truck that we enjoy taking out for errands, occasional deliveries, and a little advertising along the way.

I've also had some fun redoing parts of the truck's interior using genuine leather that we actually sell in our store. I figured what better way to show off some of our materials than to put them to use in our own truck! It's still a work in progress, but that's half the fun. Plus, it's a great way for customers to see what can be done with some of the products we keep in stock.

Let's face it, running to pick up supplies is a lot more fun in a 1970 GMC than a regular delivery van!

We're a small, locally owned business, and we like doing things a little differently around here. The truck might not be the most practical vehicle in our fleet, but it sure makes us smile!

We'll eventually get around to adding more pictures and details about the truck. Of course, that might take a while since we're usually busy working on upholstery projects!

See us driving around Clearwater? Give us a wave! And if you haven't visited our store yet, stop by and say hello. We'd love to meet you!
