Q: How quickly do you fill orders?
A: We fill most orders in 1 or 2 business days. For custom cut foam and back orders, please allow 3 to 5 business days. Please call or email if you have any questions or concerns.
Q: Do you sell your products wholesale to resellers or volume customers?
A: Yes, we do. Please call or email us your contact information, the products and quantity you are interested in. We will be happy to set up a wholesaler account for you.
Q: You have many "Free shipping on this item!" What is that about?
A: We offer free shipping on some products in our store. Sorry, this is available for shipping to an U.S.A. address only.
Q: I live outside of the U.S.A. Do you ship overseas?
A: Depending on the country, we do ship our products outside of U.S.A. Please call or email us your purchase order. Give us the name of the product, quantity, your telephone number and full address. We will let you know the international shipping rate, estimated delivery time, customs and export regulations.
Q: I can't find what I am looking for on your website?
A: It is next to IMPOSSIBLE to list every item we stock. If you don't see what you're looking for, please ask us! We may have it, but it is not listed. If we don't, we'll find it for you, or suggest where you may find it.

A: Philmore Supply Inc., a business registered with the Florida Department of Taxation, is required to collect a 7% sales tax on all orders shipped within the state of Florida. No sales tax if you live outside of Florida.
